Return& Exchange Policy
Hezký has a firm no-return/non-refundable policy on all products, as all items are thoroughly examined before they leave our warehouse, to ensure that each item is flawless and in perfect condition. However, Hezký products purchased online or from the outlet, may be exchanged within four days from the date of purchase or from the date customer receives the order through courier. The following conditions will apply:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition. Items that appear worn or used will not be exchanged.
- Must be in its original packing or box.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Original invoice must be presented and surrendered.
- Please note Hezký shall not exchange piercing items (earrings, nose pin etc) regardless of any conditions due to Hygiene.
- A purchase may only be exchanged once.
- Item to be exchanged will be thoroughly inspected by Hezký staff members at the outlet, and their decision will be regarded as final.
- Customers will bear the cost of sending the items back as well as delivery of the exchanged item to the nearby outlet.
- For online exchange simply contact Hezký customer service via email or telephone and provide following particulars:
- Your order reference number
- Reason for exchange
- Article code you wish to receive in exchange
- Visit our nearest store or use courier service to return your item (with the original receipt and packing and exchange reference number) at 109A, 1st Floor, Haly Tower DHA Phase II, Lahore
- Return & Exchange policy does not apply to discounted sale or promotion items.
