Orders will be delivered across Pakistan through a reputed courier service.
- Customers can avail FREE SHIPPING service across Pakistan for online orders above Rs. 2,000/-
- You will need to create an account by registering yourself on our website using your correct phone number and shipping address.
- You can then place your order online from the website by adding selected item to the cart and checkout.
- Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation through email/sms/call.
- You can also call Hezký Customer Service at +923044477343 (11 am – 7 pm) to place your order and our agent will be happy to guide you.
- In case of unavailability of the item, you will be advised to modify or cancel your order.
- After confirmation, you will receive an email and/or sms with reference number.
- Please quote this reference number for any correspondence or to track your order.
- After confirmation the order will be dispatched from Hezký warehouse in Lahore.
- The order will be delivered to your designated address in 1-3 working days within Lahore and 3-7 working days for other cities.
- You are bound to pay order amount to the Courier agent before receiving and opening the sealed package of your order.
- If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately by quoting the reference number to ensure your satisfaction.

- If you will not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be blacklisted.
